1. Novice to low intermediate skate. 2. All higher level players, be sure to give lower level players space and time. Share the puck with all players and avoid going coast to coast. 3. Pickup style play, roll the bench. 4. Keep shifts short - 2 minutes or less. 5. If it's an obvious icing or offsides, let the other team take it out of their zone.
